Learn how to use the Devereux Resilient Leadership Survey (DERLS) to reflect on and create plans that support staff resilience. Leaders will have an opportunity to reflect on their own resilience and explore strategies to build their own bounce as well. Participants will also briefly hear about the outcomes of the research study that looked at the impact of a resilient leadership training series on the resilience of early care and education directors over time.
